Additions and fixed bugs:
1. Esc key hides suggestion list;
2. New! Toolbar buttons tooltips added;
3. New! Up to 10 managing general hotkeys and up to 10 editor hotkeys added;
4. Tab and Ctrl+Tab problems fixed;
